“I wanted to support LTAP because when I started my interest in Art it was the little pieces that I was drawn to- either through affordability or size (you are always able to find a space for another little piece). Over time it is still those pieces that I adore the most as they draw you close to appreciate and admire. Everyone should have access to art and often it is the little pieces that give one the opportunity to start their collection.”
LTAP2026 VENUE
Established in 2018, Project Gallery is an independent, woman-led contemporary gallery based in Woollahra, Sydney. The gallery presents a regularly changing exhibition schedule featuring emerging Australian artists, alongside select mid-career and occasional international practitioners.
Supporting emerging artists sits at the heart of the gallery. Project Gallery work closely with artists at important stages in their careers, presenting new work across painting, sculpture and works on paper in considered, cohesive exhibitions.
Project Gallery was founded by mother–son duo Katie Fischer (Proprotor) and JC LeFort (Operations & Marketing). With over two decades in the Australian arts sector, Katie brings a combination of curatorial expertise, deep knowledge of emerging talent, and insight as a practising artist. She shapes each exhibition with care, ensuring every show reflects both artistic integrity and a sense of discovery for collectors.
